UK FREE TRACKED RETURNS

To all UK customers, to make things just that bit easier, we are pleased to provide a free and fully tracked UK returns service.

The process is easy as 1 – 2 – 3, simply follow the steps below.

 

Step 1 – Check Your Email

Check your inbox for your original order confirmation email from support@footcareuk.com. This includes a link to our Free Royal Mail 48 tracked returns service. If you have any trouble receiving this, please contact customer service at support@footcareuk.com

 

Step 2 – Print / Email Your Label 

Input your details for your return with the Royal Mail Free Returns Service link. You can print your returns label at home or if you don’t have access to a printer, you can also receive an email to provide a QR code which can be given to the post office via your smartphone or tablet. 

 

Step 3 – Wrap Up & Send Off

Please include your order reference number. Next, pack up your product securely, to reduce waste please use the same packaging if viable to do so. Try to avoid damaging the product packaging as returns need to be in a re-salable and unused condition or may be declined.

 

Step 4 – Deliver Your Parcel

Please take your parcel to a Royal Mail post office with returns label attached or QR code to scan. If you wish to use an alternative courier, please post your parcel to our returns address below:

Please note that we are unable to offer compensation for postage costs with alternative couriers. Returns are your responsibility until received by us, which is why we recommend using a tracked delivery service.

 

INTERNATIONAL RETURNS

EU Return Stations

If you’re returning your parcel from another country, unfortunately, we don’t offer a free return service, which means you will need to pay international return postage costs to the UK. A cheaper alternative may be to post your order directly to any of our EU return stations, just click on your country below to find the address. After posting to our EU return stations, your parcel will be redirected to our UK warehouse after 28 days and refunded.

support@footcareuk.com to receive an International Return Authorisation Number. Unfortunately, we are unable to offer a free international return service and return costs remain your responsibility.
