Unfortunately, if you’re returning your parcel from another country, we don’t offer a free return service, which means you will need to pay international return postage costs to the UK. A cheaper alternative may be to post your order directly to any of our EU return stations, as listed below.
After posting to our EU return stations, your parcel will be redirected to our UK warehouse after 28 days and refunded.
