I received the wrong item, or my item arrived faulty or damaged.
Although we make our best effort to ensure your goods are received in a good condition, very occasionally mistakes are made. If you receive damaged or faulty goods, please get in touch with our customer service team and we will organise for a free returns label to be sent you. Send in your item free of charge and we will arrange a refund or replacement.
I’ve changed my mind about an order.
Picked the wrong size? Colour not quite right? Don’t worry; our returns process is as easy as 1-2- 3.
- Repack the item. Make sure you enclose your Order ID and request for either a refund or replacement.

Please ensure all returned items are in an unworn or unopened condition.
If you spend over £40 we’ll even provide you with a FREE RETURNS label (2nd Class).
All returns remain your responsibility until received by us, so we recommend upgrading to a tracked delivery service.
Due to hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of gels or socks.
We accept international returns, however please allow longer for refunds or replacements to be processed due to variable shipping times.
Returns within Manufacturer’s Guarantee Period
Many of our products include a manufacturer’s guarantee; we will refund or replace any returned item within the item’s guarantee period, postage and packaging costs not included.
Item missing or incorrect item in my order?
If you find an incorrect item in your order delivery, please contact customer service at support (at) footcareuk [dot] com and we will resolve the issue for you.
If your delivery is missing an item, please contact customer service. It may be the case that the item has been sent separately, if not will arrange for a replacement to be sent to you.
I want to cancel my order.
If you change your mind and want to cancel an order, contact customer service immediately on 01915841623. If your order has not yet been dispatched we will issue you with a full refund.
If your order has been dispatched (usually within one working day) then don’t worry, you can return your order for a full refund once you receive it.
Please note that unless your order qualifies for free returns you will be responsible for any postage fees.
My order hasn’t arrived.
If your order has not arrived by the expected delivery date you can contact us at support (at) footcareuk [dot] com for more information. If we have dispatched your order then it may be delayed due to customs issues, postal strikes or other disruptions. If you have upgraded to tracked delivery, you can track your order using the carrier’s website. Otherwise, use the table below to establish your order delivery times.

If your order still hasn’t arrived by the maximum delivery time, get in touch. We will arrange for either a replacement order to sent first class, or for a refund to be issued.
Which payment types are accepted?
We accept payment from most major debit and credit card companies, including Visa, Visa Debit and Mastercard. We also accept PayPal.
We take you data confidentiality very seriously, so you can be sure that your details are safe with us.

Having trouble using or viewing our website?
First, try clearing the ‘Cookies’ from your browser. The option to this is usually located in the browsers tools or history section. After deleting cookies, refresh or reopen the page. If the problem persists, make sure both your browser and operating system (windows, OSX, Linux) are fully updated. It may be worth trying a different browser.

First, make sure the details you are entering are correct and in the correct case. Login details must be the same as the details you used to register.
If you can’t remember your password, click the “forgotten password” link. We’ll send an email with your password to the email you used to register.
