The Superfeet Flex High insole is the thickest of the 3 insoles in the Superfeet Flex range with a 5mm Aerospring foam making this an ideal choice for shoes which are slightly roomier. The durable topsheet foam and flexible horse-shoe heel cradle long with mild arch support provide continued comfort and support for everyday wear and specific activies such as running, cycling and lengthy walks.

The Aerospring foam is a viscoelastic closed cell material which works to provide the insoles with continued cushioning throughout the day. As the name 'Flex' suggests, the Flexible Heel Cradle is built from a thermoplastic horseshoe-shaped support piece, helps the foot sit into a better position and forms the foundation of the arch support in the insole. In addition the high quality top sheet is both durable and works to inhibit bacterial growth and prevent odours.
