The Malleolar Sleeve provides mild compression to help reduce swelling in and around the ankle. Designed with 2 gel pads on either side that comfortably conforms over the ankle to moisturise the skin while cushioning and protecting the ankle area. Can be worn with shoes, athletic footwear, ski boots, skates, and cleats.

Can be used for:

Provides mild compression which helps to reduce abrasion, shear force, pressure and swelling around the ankle bone.

Can also be used as a protective layer of padding/cushion inside any one of the following: AFOs, ski boots, Rollerblades, hockey or artistic skates and CAM Walkers.

 

Directions for Use

Recommended Care:

We recommend that you hand wash the product with mild soap and water. Air dry product and lightly dust gel pad with talcum powder after drying.

Directions for Use:
  • Wash and dry affected ankle.
  • Position gel pad to fit around the affected ankle. Product fits either left or right ankle.
  • Remove product at least 3 to 4 hours daily to allow skin to breathe.
Caution:

Do not place product on an open wound. If irritation, discomfort or poor circulation occurs, discontinue use and notify your physician immediately. KEEP OUT OF REACH OF CHILDREN. Small part choking hazard. Contains and releases mineral gel oil. To prevent excess moisturisation, To prevent maceration (excessive softening / breaking down of the skin) do not wear for more than 8 hours in every 24.
