Shaped for either Hallux (Big Toe) or Tailors (Little Toe)

All Gel Bunion Shields are soft, flexible all gel shields that cushion, protect, and reduce pressure on bunions. The Hallux Bunion Shield is made for the big toe and the Tailor's Bunion Shield is made for the little toe. The thin design fits most footwear.

Tailor's (Little Toe): 5.8cm x 2.8cm
Hallux (Big Toe): 6.2cm x 3.8cm

Can be used for
  • For inflamed or irritated bunion deformity.
  • Provides maximum cushioning and protection around the entire painful and sensitive bony protrusion of the forefoot (bunion).
  • Product helps relieve shoe pressure, friction and shear forces on the bunion.
  • May also be worn on the hand to protect the thumb (thenar eminence) from discomfort during gripping activities.
  • Product will fit most shoes.
  • Should be worn with a shoe or sock to be held in place.

 

Directions for Use

Recommended Care:

We recommend that you hand wash the product with mild soap and water. Air dry product and lightly dust gel pad with talcum powder after drying.

Directions for Use:
  • Wash and dry foot.
  • Slip large toe through loop, (all gel hallux bunion shield) or the small toe through loop, (all gel tailor's bunion shield), placing gel directly on irritated area.
  • Remove product at least 3 to 4 hours daily to allow skin to breathe.
Caution:

Do not place product on an open wound. If irritation, discomfort or poor circulation occurs, discontinue use and notify your physician immediately. KEEP OUT OF REACH OF CHILDREN. Small part choking hazard. Contains and releases mineral gel oil. To prevent excess moisturisation, To prevent maceration (excessive softening / breaking down of the skin) do not wear for more than 8 hours in every 24.
