Ideal for vulnerable feet, the DuoSoft Plus insole has been specially designed for people with diabetes, arthritis or other conditions that result in sensitive feet.

The dual-layer design of the DuoSoft Plus consists of a shock absorbing urethane base and a PORON 94 top cover.

Poron 94 is designed to cradle the foot, redistributing the body's weight across a wider area for increased comfort and pressure reduction. It is soft and breathable, allowing the foot to remain cool, dry and odourless. A Vygel heel adds extra shock absorption and prevents heel strike pain.
