Physiopack is a reusable gel
pack to provide either hot or cold therapy.
Cold: It's ideal for the treatment of muscular, tendon and ligament injuries, reduction of oedema and muscular stiffness.
Hot: Physiopack increases blood flow, elasticity and plasticity of collagen fibres - reducing pain. The gel pack can be heated either in hot water or in the microwave and cooled in a freezer.

Application Guide
To use hot either heat in hot water for 7 minutes or in the microwave for approximately 1-2 minutes depending on power. To use cold put in freezer for at least 2 hours.When using the pack it is important to place a towel between the skin and the pack.
PrecautionsA cotton towel must be placed between the patient's skin and a hot or cold Physiopack® to avoid skin irritation. Care should be taken not to overheat in the microwave. Do not heat the product over 100ºC.
