Verrucae are small warts which appear on the soles of the feet, caused by the highly resilient HPV Virus. Whilst generally harmless, verrucae are unsightly and can cause pain when walking. They are also extremely contagious. Prevent the spread of verrucae by wearing waterproof latex socks, and treat them using salicylic acid, natural microalgae or cryotherapy.
